Refund and Exchange Policy

At LittleGen, we strive to provide the best quality kids’ clothing. While we do not offer returns, we do provide an exchange policy under the following conditions:
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Customers can exchange their purchased items within 7 days of receiving them.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, with tags, in original packaging, and in good condition.
- We do not offer exchanges or returns for clearance sale items.
2. Exchange Process & Price Difference
- If the replacement item is of the same price, no extra payment is needed.
- If the new item costs more, the customer must pay the price difference. Example: If the original item was 2000 PKR and the new item is 3000 PKR, the customer must pay 1000 PKR.
3. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- The customer will cover the exchange shipping cost.
- Customers can choose any courier service to send the item back to us.
4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If a customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, they must:
- Contact us via WhatsApp and provide photos and a video showing the issue.
- If the mistake is on our side (e.g., wrong item sent), LittleGen will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the mistake is due to customer sizing issues or preference, the customer will bear the shipping charges.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will replace it with a new piece of the same article. Customers cannot exchange it for a different item.
5. How to Request an Exchange
Customers should contact our customer support team through:
- WhatsApp (preferred for quick response)
- Email to our exchange department (recommended for faster processing)
