Shipping Policy

At LittleGen, we ensure smooth and reliable shipping across Pakistan. Below are the details of our shipping process:
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship nationwide within Pakistan.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch Time
- Orders are prepared within a few hours.
- Orders are dispatched on the same day they are prepared.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Lahore & Punjab: Approximately 2 working days.
- Northern Pakistan: 3 to 4 working days.
- Sindh: 5 to 6 working days.
- Deliveries to major cities are usually smooth and timely.
- Remote areas (villages & less-known locations) may experience slight delays.
- All delivery times are estimated and subject to possible delays.
4. Shipping Charges
We charge a flat rate of 150 PKR for shipping all over Pakistan.
5. Courier Partners
We currently use Leopard and PostEx for deliveries. More courier partners may be added in the future for better service.
6. Order Tracking
- Customers can track their orders through our courier partners’ websites.
- Tracking IDs will be provided upon request.
7. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- If a parcel is lost or damaged before delivery, we will dispatch a new one.
- Replacement orders may take additional time to arrive.
8. Payment Methods
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment options for customer convenience.
